JAX BDF Cling-Lube was formulated and tested in conjunction with maintenance departments on the line in nationally recognised beef-processing plants requiring food grade lubricants for overhead applications that would cling and not drip on the product. With its foaming formula and extreme “cling” characteristics, JAX BDF Cling-Lube met all requirements and exceeded expectations! Combined with extreme-pressure and anti wear additives, JAX BDF Cling-Lube is the superior lubricant to use in overhead food grade applications.

JAX Conveyor Glide is a food grade trolley lubricant formulated to provide the benefits most desired in packing plant trolley lubrication. JAX Conveyor Glide is compounded with FDA approved white oils, polymeric additives and fatty acids, providing unsurpassed lubricity, rust protection, and non-drip characteristics. JAX Conveyor Glide Series meet the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3570 (lubricants with incidental food contact). JAX Conveyor Glide features anti wear additives to extend chain and conveyor life and reduce maintenance costs. JAX Conveyor Glide reacts synergistically with wash down compounds to aid in removing old oil, dirt, animal hair and fats.

The food industry standard for high-performance anti wear oil lubrication. JAX Magna-Plate 80 Series food grade lubricants are compounded specifically to provide oil lubrication in extreme cold environments often found in food-processing plants. JAX Proofer Chain Oil is the first and best lubricant of its kind. The unique formulation is specially compounded for lubrication in high humidity environments. This lubricant contains an effective combination of anti wear agents, enhanced rust inhibitors, and polymeric viscosity improvers to provide outstanding performance advantages over non compounded white oils. It has been formulated to provide extremely high performance on bakery proofer chains and other food-processing equipment in wet or humid environments. Sniper Series custom oil and grease solutions for lubrication accuracy. With the exact dosing of lubricant amount for settings and longer grease and oil lines possible, the Sniper Series provides a user friendly operation. Sniper Sensing Technology or an automatic timed interval system, available in stainless steel for high washdown environments or poly/fibreglass for less aggressive environments with a slope top enclosure to prevent water and bacteria build up.
